Shipping Terms

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (business days exclude weekends and public holidays).

  • Custom or pre-order items may take longer; estimated ship dates will be provided at checkout or via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free Worldwide Express Shipping for orders ≥ USD $200 (or equivalent).

  • Standard shipping fee USD $4.99 for orders < USD $200.

    • The $15 is a base standard shipping fee for most countries. Remote area surcharges or additional carrier fees may apply and will be communicated at checkout or via email.

  • Expedited or upgraded shipping options are available at additional cost; exact pricing is shown at checkout or confirmed by customer service.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Estimates are from the shipment date (excluding processing time). Actual delivery depends on destination country, customs clearance, and local carrier operations.

  • Standard Express:

    • Domestic / Regional: 3–7 business days

    • Europe / North America / East Asia: 7–14 business days

    • Other regions: 10–21 business days

  • Expedited / Priority Express:

    • Domestic / Regional: 1–3 business days

    • Major international markets (US, EU): 2–5 business days

  • Remote areas or islands may experience longer delivery times.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes or other customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless pre-paid at checkout.

  • We declare the item value and description accurately on shipping documents. We cannot under-declare values to avoid customs fees.

5. Signature & Insurance

  • For security, orders of USD $200 or more will include shipping insurance and require signature upon delivery (or visual confirmation).

  • Insurance for orders below $200 can be purchased at checkout.

  • Choosing “no signature” delivery options means the customer assumes responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

6. Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking number will be emailed or texted once the order ships. Use the carrier’s website or our tracking link to check status.

  • If tracking shows no update within 7 business days after shipping, please contact us for assistance.

7. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • For damaged items, please email photos and your order number to [Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund per insurance and carrier policies.

  • For lost shipments, we will liaise with the carrier and provide compensation according to our insurance coverage and order value.

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers that lead to undeliverable or returned parcels will incur re-shipment fees borne by the customer.

8. Partial Shipments

  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items are available at different times. If additional shipping fees apply for split shipments, this will be indicated at checkout or communicated by customer service.

9. Returns & Return Shipping

  • Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for detailed return instructions. Generally, return shipping for non-quality issues is at the customer’s expense. If the return is due to our error or product quality, we cover return shipping or arrange for a prepaid return label.

  • Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraving) are typically non-returnable unless defective—please confirm before ordering.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies. Contact [Support Email] immediately with your order number for fastest assistance.

11. Holidays & Force Majeure

  • During peak sale periods, public holidays, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, carrier strikes), processing and delivery times may be delayed. We will notify customers of any major disruptions.
